Newly Formed Roles for Architectural Practice Lead and Technical Lead
YORK, Pa. – Warehaus, an award-winning architecture, design and engineering firm based in York, Pennsylvania announces the following promotions, elevating responsibilities for two architectural team members, effective February 25, 2019.
Erin Himmelberger has been promoted to Architectural Practice Lead and oversees an architecture group of 19. In her new role, Erin will manage all Architectural staff and oversee project quality and client relations.
Erin has been practicing in the architectural field for 22 years; 16 of them directly with Warehaus. She previously served as Architectural Project Manager. Erin is an Industry leader in Building Science and Envelope design, and her attention to technical details, ability to efficiently solve problems and thorough understanding of proper applications of building products aid in her leadership of the team.
Travis Kepler, AIA has been promoted to Technical Lead, responsible for standards development and enforcement, raising the technical level of documentation, mentoring, and teaming on overall document quality.
Travis has been practicing architecture for 20 years, with more than 8 years with the Warehaus team. He is a Registered Architect in Pennsylvania with building expertise in projects including hotels, museums and cultural spaces, data centers, mixed-use, multi-family and religious facilities, encompassing a variety of construction types and schedules.
