A Change in Ownership
Warehaus has departed from the Kinsley Enterprises family of companies to new ownership under the leadership of two long-term employees – Troy Bankert, AIA, CEO / Director of Architecture, and David Koratich, COO / Director of Civil Engineering.
Together, Warehaus and Kinsley Enterprises identified the opportunity for Warehaus to build on our momentum and successfully operate independently, continuing our 40-year legacy as a thriving architecture firm serving Central Pennsylvania. Collaboratively, we tailored this transaction for our ongoing success, and our leadership team is committed to our future as a high performing, full-service firm serving our local community.
A Change in Address
We are transforming our workplace environment with a move to a new location that maximizes space and sustainability and provides flexibility for collaboration and remote working. It is just steps from our current office, keeping us close to downtown York, and it accommodates our unique working style - with space for team discussions, collaborative pin-up sessions and individual focus.
What isn’t changing is our dedication to you.
