Seeking a facility ideally positioned near critical distribution points, Starbucks selected Warehaus to design their first East Coast roasting plant and adjacent green bean coffee warehouse.
We design.
To coordinate the flow of complex manufacturing equipment, efficient design was key. This manufacturing building includes coffee cleaning, blending, roasting, and packaging equipment. In Starbucks’ largest green bean coffee warehouse, sensitive raw materials are securely stored.
We deliver.
Starbucks partnered with Warehaus once again for multiple plant expansions. Facility modifications permitted the seamless installation of over $4 million in high-speed custom packaging equipment for weighing, packaging, labeling, case packing and palletizing in support of their growth plans. These modifications were executed without disrupting the weekly production schedule of more than one million pounds of roasted coffee.
