State Capital North Office Building

Transformation of legacy 1970/1980s renovations into Next Century office and training space for The Senate Democratic, Republican, and Legislative IT administrative staff. Including New Computer and Printer Build out Lab Rooms, 4 separate IDF rooms, security, and fiber optic upgrades. Interior design, furniture design support, and Wayfinding Signage upgrade package directly with Senate and DGS Buildings staff. Full renovation of existing toilet rooms on each of the 8 floors incorporating Accessibility upgrades throughout. Approximately 40,000 sf of renovated office space.

National Civil War Museum Rotunda

The Lofts in Midtown

An adaptive reuse project renovating the former Salvation Army building into a collection of 16 apartment / loft units. The project aims to revitalize the space, providing one and two-bedroom units, designated parking, and potential amenities such as a fitness center, contributing to the ongoing redevelopment efforts in Harrisburg.

Savoy 40 Apartments

1500 N 6th St, Harrisburg, PA 17102

Four-story apartment building with 48 residential units, featuring a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 432 to 941 sf. Ten of the units will be designated as affordable housing. The building also includes commercial space on the first floor, a 45-space parking lot, and a rooftop amenity area that may serve as leasable lounge space on the 5th floor.

Sycamore Homes

This four-story, 23-unit housing development on Sycamore Street in Harrisburg prioritizes renters participating in assistance programs and includes studio apartments, community rooms for tech training, job training, and health care screenings as part of the development. Unanimous approval from Harrisburg City Council was obtained for lot consolidation and land development, and the project is currently in the construction phase, set to be completed by Fall 2023.

Assessment of current condition of exterior walkways and stairs, particularly on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, along with ceilings, lighting, and flooring finish, stairs, structure and drainage. The project aims to design necessary repairs to address deterioration and ensure the continued functionality of these access walkways while maintaining their original intended use.

Tracy Mansion Feasibility Study

Feasibility assessment for the adaptive reuse of the Tracy Mansion at 1829 North Front Street, Harrisburg, PA, including confirmation of exit routes and identification of necessary additional stairways for code compliance. Also includes the assessment of structural limitations for removing walls, consultation with the Historic Architectural Review Board (HARB) regarding window replacements, determination of roof insulation depth, and generation of existing condition floor plans through extensive field work.
