What you’ll do
Manage land development projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional markets
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships
Develop and manage project proposals, scopes, budgets, and schedules
Lead federal, state, and municipal permitting processes
Oversee project execution from pre-construction through closeout
Coordinate internal project teams and delegate work as needed
Oversee QA/QC to ensure accuracy and consistency across deliverables
Coordinate with subconsultants and external partners
Support and mentor team members as they grow
