362,000 sf
In the Canton neighborhood of downtown Baltimore, a transformation is underway. Once an industrial zone, the community near Interstates 895 and 95 is now home to residential, office and shopping areas that continue to flourish.
We Listen
Continuing the wave of development, Workshop Development sought to create a new residential community targeting local professionals as well as commuters seeking to live in Baltimore and work in the suburbs.
We Design
Warehaus provided design services for the new, eight-story, 241 unit apartment complex that will be the next addition to the Boston Street corridor. It features market-rate studios, and one- and two bedroom apartments. Amenities include a fourth floor pool with deck and cabanas and grilling area, a fitness room, a residents’ lounge, bike storage and a dog-washing station. The 362,000 sf residential complex also offers 230 parking spaces on three levels of structured parking.
We Deliver
The exterior green plaza builds a buffer between the front of the building and the street, highlighting natural beauty with both hardscape and soft scape elements. Positioned across the street from Canton Crossing, 3400 Boston Street provides convenient access to shopping, dining, groceries, health club and banking locations.
