A Contemporary Office Upgrade 

Gettle Inc. is a Design/Build specialty contractor offering design, engineering, fabrication, and installation for electrical, automation, fire / security, and datacom building systems. Operations at their Pennsylvania headquarters include offices for their administrators and engineers, as well as warehouse, fabrication, and fleet maintenance facilities.

We Listen

Warehaus provided architectural, structural, and interior design services to renovate an existing office and warehouse facility. The facility had previously been the long-term home to another company and had not been updated in decades. The building had very few windows, outdated systems, and was not code compliant.

We Design

Warehaus’ design team created a branded, contemporary, daylit office space at a modest cost. The office area allows room for growth with minimal disruption – a percentage of open workstations throughout minimizes the need for groups to relocate in the space as they change size.

We Deliver

Warehaus helped Gettle undergo a major cultural change, from a company whose staff had almost exclusively walled offices, to company in which 85%+ are working in open office space.
