100 room hotel

Centrally located between Hershey and Harrisburg, The Main and Warton Development Company identified Hummelstown, PA as an ideal location for a new hotel development. The selected site in the historic borough is on a hill with beautiful sweeping views of the Pennsylvania countryside. It is in walking distance of many local attractions and less than 2 miles from Hershey activities.

To ensure the project exceeded Hilton Hotel’s standards, Warehaus worked collaboratively with Hilton’s facilities team. Together, we evaluated the interior and exterior palette selections, design modifications and additional considerations to achieve a well-crafted design.

We Design

The hillside location had many constraints but Warehaus’ civil and architectural design teams worked to create a stunning three story, 100 room hotel building with amenities that includes a swimming pool, fitness center, restaurant, and business center, as well as a 1,000 sf event space for up to 75 guests.

We Deliver

A few short years later, Warehaus was asked to provide another three-story addition and stair tower to the north wing of the fully functional hotel. The addition included 9 guest suites, 4 guest rooms and a breakfast area. The team also provided modifications to the parking lot and accessibility for buses. The project also involved the completion of the Hilton Worldwide ADA Survey Instrument to assess the hotel’s compliance with the ADA Standards for Accessibility with regard to accessible guest rooms and parking areas.
