A Modern Office Space Designed for Growth

As one of the fastest growing companies in Central Pennsylvania, JEM Group LLC needed an office space that could accommodate their growth and collaborative working style. With employees housed on three different levels, a new location would provide the continuity needed to work as a team. Paramount to the success of a new space were quiet, confidential work areas, collaboration and flex spaces, areas to accomodate high volume training events and the need for upgraded technology.

JEM Group selected Warehaus to create a space that accommodates their growing team with a focus on transparency, accountability, family and community. The space also reflects the company’s quality workmanship and commitment to innovative design.

We Design

Interior spaces incorporate light, natural color tones with modern materials to visually unify the space. Branding colors were utilized as accents throughout the space. Interior finishes were selected on the fly with overstock material available from finish vendors in order to maintain the budget required for the project.

We Deliver

Modern workstations and furniture elements were incorporated to provide the flexible space and technology upgrades they desired. Furniture and lighting are layered throughout to define zones, activities and scale. Zones include reception area, executive offices, a variety of meeting spaces and collaboration spaces, training room, kitchen and support spaces – like file and storage rooms –for a total of 7,230 sf of working space.
