Sustainable Design Principles on Display Inside and Out

When the campus master plan is complete, Procter & Gamble’s manufacturing plant in West Virginia will be the largest P&G production facility in the world. Warehaus provided Architectural, MEP and Interior Design services for the 796,320 sf warehouse and distribution facility, along with a 30,000 sf Resource Center and Administration Building and Gatehouse and Trucker’s Lounge.

Amenities across all projects include a cafeteria, full service kitchen, campus server room, showers, office and conference space and a nurse’s suite. We managed vendor coordination to create the full service kitchen and also to implement a design incorporating manufacturing equipment from various P&G partners. The plant has received LEED Silver certification and incorporates sustainable design throughout. A main focal wall in the lobby utilizes barn wood salvaged from the original site, and a living wall makes a statement on the exterior of the building.
