Gina M. Douty is the Historic Preservation Specialist for Warehaus Architect, Engineer and Design Firm.  With more than 30 years of experience, she provides architectural preservation services to the Warehaus team, as well as to developers, historic societies, preservation groups, municipalities, individual homeowners, and others who seek preservation consulting.  Her specialties include historic building research, documentation, assessment, design guidance, and project management to assist with Federal and State Historic Tax Credits, Historic Resource Surveys, National Register Nominations, and Grant Writing.  After running a successful preservation consulting business for eight years, Gina has chosen to join Warehaus so she can continue to provide personalized attention to clients along with the extensive resources of a well-respected and talented multi-disciplinary firm.
