We Listen
Warehaus collaborated with developers, construction management, and the University of Maryland to navigate the approvals process through stakeholders, including the National Park Service, Market Center National Historic District, and the Baltimore City Urban Design & Architecture Review Panel, or UDARP.
We Design
The project included a new residential tower and the facade restoration of the Sons of Italy building, each with unique funding opportunities and regulatory challenges.
We Deliver
