Warehaus designs Volvo office expansion in Pennsylvania

We listen.

The office expansion was a design-build project and is just a small piece of Volvo’s $100 million dollar investment in making Shippensburg their new North American hub of the Americas. A two-story, 36,000 square foot office addition was needed to accommodate approximately 200 office employees relocating from their Asheville, NC production facility.

We design.

The new addition includes a “connector link” to the first and second floors of the existing offices, and accommodates over 20 private offices, 12 meeting rooms, 7 studies, an executive board room, a large break room, and 17,348 square feet of additional individual workstations.

We deliver.

The project earned LEED Silver Certification through exceptional storm water design, reduction of heat island effect, light and water use reduction, construction waste management, and the implementation of multiple processes for optimizing the building’s energy performance.
