Rustic Elegance Designed for Maximum Durability

Located on a picturesque farm in York County, Wyndridge Farm has become a destination for both regional patrons and travelers from metropolitan areas around the country. Creating a contemporary dining experience in their rusticly elegant restaurant, Wyndridge Farm  also features a multi-venue banquet facility and brewery.

To begin the project, Warehaus provided site services including securing zoning approvals with the municipality, land development approvals, highway occupancy permit design and approvals, NPDES and Soil Erosion approvals with the County Conservation District, septic system design and approvals with DEP, as well as site layout and design. We also provided oversight during installation of all site improvements and construction administration services.

To create the appeal of rustic beauty inside the facilities, we assisted in the selection of finishes and furniture in colors and textures that add warmth, comfort and intimacy to the large spaces. Maintenance-friendly materials and furniture were selected to withstand heavy use and still maintain their beauty over time.
