Roles are Expanded for All Five Members of Leadership Team
YORK, Pa. – Warehaus, an award winning architecture, design and engineering firm based in York, Pennsylvania announces the following promotions, elevating responsibilities for each of its five leaders, effective Nov. 18, 2019.
Commenting on these changes, Bankert said: “Each member of our leadership team plays an important part in our mission to work side by side with our clients to create functional, well-crafted, inspirational solutions. We have taken great care to evaluate our own individual strengths to develop focused roles that further this mission and support our employees and clients toward success. Warehaus’ leadership team reports to the Board of Directors of Kinsley Enterprises. Troy Bankert will serve as primary liaison to the Board.
Troy Bankert, AIA
currently Director of Architecture, will advance to the role of Chief Executive Officer. Troy will serve as lead representative for the firm, driving strategic communications and leading client relationship management. Troy will also retain his responsibilities as leader of the architectural team. Troy has 31 years of service with the Warehaus team.
David Koratich, EIT
currently Director of Civil Engineering, will advance to the role of Chief Operating Officer. In addition to leading the civil engineering team, David will lead internal operations including information technology, facilities, internal policies, budgets, business plans and processes. David has 20 years of service with the Warehaus team.
Tamara McNamee
has served as Chief Financial Officer for Warehaus since March 2019 and also serves on the Leadership Team, providing leadership in financial strategy and planning, financial analysis and both internal and external reporting.
Jonathan Wehri, AIA
currently Director of Design, will advance to the role of Chief Creative Officer, with responsibility for both business development and creative services teams. Jonathan will champion Warehaus’ strategy and vision while leading internal and external branding and business development efforts. Jonathan has 5 years of service with the Warehaus team.
Angela Liddick
currently Director of Human Resources, will advance to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer, retaining responsibilities for employee relations and recruitment, benefit management, policy development and continuing education. Angela has 5 years of service with the Warehaus team.
