Spotlight: Matthew Kinney

Matthew Kinney knows how to solve problems, foster teamwork and meet goals – both on and off the field. As a Site Designer for Warehaus, Matthew partners closely with his civil engineering project managers and engineers to create efficient land planning designs while problem-solving for stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, landscaping design and historical pre-existing conditions. Together, the team has contributed to projects for York College, Rutter’s Farm Stores and United Fiber and Data and many more.

He brings the same drive to his passion for soccer, playing for two semi-professional soccer teams – The Lancaster City FC and the Lancaster Lions. Serving as coach for the York Suburban High School Youth Travel Team – the U10 Girls Trojan Soccer Club, keeps Matthew busy with twice a week practices and weekend games. But he still finds time to participate in the Engineering Society of York (ESOY) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
