Warehaus’ Preservation Specialist, Becky Zeller, has provided preservation consulting services and historic resource survey work for over 30 historic preservation projects in the last five years. She has experience documenting historic resources through Historic Structures Reports, Preservation Plans, Determinations of Eligibility, and National Register Nominations. Becky also meets the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualification Standards for Historic Architecture, with a graduate degree in Historic Preservation from Columbia University and nine years of experience working on preservation and architectural projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
Becky makes her home in New Freedom with her husband Mike and two children, Grace (16 months) and William (4 months). Together they share two pets – their dog Chip and cat Stinky. Becky is also at home in the outdoors – hiking or running. Indoors, you’ll find her curled up with a good book. True to her passion for historical preservation, she dreams of restoring an old farmhouse one day.
