Joseph Stein brings more than 19 years of experience to his role as Civil Project Lead, where Joe is responsible for the overall success of civil project management – including efficiencies, workflow, and client management. From proposal to project completion, Joe is adept at working closely with clients to meet project schedules and provide expertise in creating E&S control plans, NPDES permitting, environmental permitting with DEP & USACE, sewage planning modules, stormwater, subdivision, master planning, and land development plan design. He’s worked closely with Municipalities, County and State government agencies, and has a long history with the City of York.
He has been a member of multiple volunteer boards in the City, including the Planning Commission, has participated in nearly a dozen playground builds with the City’s Bring on Play group, and is a member of the Rotary Club of York. Joe holds a degree in Environmental Science from Wilkes University and is also a York Catholic graduate.
