What you’ll do
Develop site design plans including grading, utilities, stormwater, and overall layout
Prepare subdivision and land development plans, including E&S, PCSM, NPDES, and HOP documentation
Interpret surveys, zoning ordinances, and engineering drawings to inform design decisions
Design site elements such as access and circulation, parking layouts, and utility systems
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and outside partners to keep projects moving
Maintain organized, accurate plan sets and design files throughout each phase
Support project closeout with record drawings and final documentation
Manage portions of design work within project schedules and budgets
