What began as a land surveying company has evolved to become a 40-person firm offering architecture, civil engineering and land planning, structural engineering, interior design, historic preservation, and building sciences services.
Warehaus co-owners Troy Bankert and David Koratich each have a long history at Warehaus, spanning as far back as 1988. Today, they oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm as well as overall asset management, guiding the strategic vision for ongoing growth and advancement.
The Kinsley family of companies acquires Land Survey Consultants.
The company, under various sub-entities, provides land survey consulting, civil and environmental services, architectural, interior and structural design to projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
All disciplines combine under the name LSC Design, Inc.
The company rebrands as Warehaus AE, inspired by a combination of the firm’s industrial roots and company culture.
Troy Bankert, AIA and David Koratich, EIT, two long-term employees, acquire independent ownership of Warehaus.
18 months after independent ownership, Warehaus purchases its office on North George Street in downtown York.
