Since 2021, Troy has served as Co-Owner of Warehaus, to which he brings deep historic knowledge as an employee of the organization since its beginnings in the 1980s. Working his way up from Architectural Draftsman, Troy has held nearly every role in his 35 years with the organization and was named CEO in 2019.
Troy leads Warehaus’ vision and mission and sets the direction of the organization’s strategic plan. He also serves as Director of Architecture, leading the team with more than 35 years of architectural design experience to focus his team on the ultimate constructability of a project. Troy guides projects from beginning to end, including initial programming and concept design, the coordination of architectural and engineering disciplines, design development and pricing, specification and construction documents, and construction phase services.
Troy is a Registered Architect, with licensure in Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, and New Hampshire.
