As CFO, Courtney leads Warehaus’ financial strategy and oversee all corporate accounting and reporting functions. She guides the firm’s budgeting and forecasting processes, strengthens financial reporting systems, and supports leadership and project teams with financial insight that helps drive informed decision-making across the organization.
Weaver brings more than a decade of financial leadership experience, including several years supporting regional architecture, engineering, and construction firms. Throughout her career she has focused on improving financial transparency, modernizing reporting processes, and helping operational teams translate financial data into better business decisions.
Her work has included implementing financial forecasting tools, streamlining reporting systems, and building operational dashboards that provide leadership teams with clearer visibility into project performance and company financial health.
Weaver holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
