What you’ll do
Develop structural models and construction documents from schematic design through construction documentation
Perform structural detailing and support design development
Collect and verify field information to inform accurate design
Assist with shop drawing and submittal reviews, and respond to RFIs
Support QA/QC efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency in project deliverables
Coordinate with architecture, MEP, and civil teams to align design across disciplines
Participate in clash detection and coordination as required by project scope
Maintain organized design files and documentation throughout each phase
Follow and contribute to Warehaus standards for drawing production and file management
Coordinate with external consultants as needed
Assist with project closeout documentation
