Warehaus, an award-winning architecture, engineering, and design firm celebrating 45 years of dedicated practice, announced today the acquisition of Johnston and Associates, a respected civil engineering firm serving clients across Pennsylvania and Maryland for more than 30 years.

The move reflects Warehaus’ ongoing commitment to growth and local partnerships. Since coming under the ownership of Troy Bankert, AIA, CEO and President, and David Koratich, COO, in 2021, Warehaus has focused on refining processes and building efficiencies while sustaining long-term client relationships.
