Dan brings more than 18 years of experience to his role as Civil Practice Lead for Warehaus, where he is responsible for the operations of the civil discipline. Dan delivers prompt, organized services and provides frequent progress reports that exemplify his attention to detail. He has extensive knowledge of many different construction phases, combined with a creative eye that gives him an edge in selecting unique designs for his clients.
With his project management experience, Dan has led a vast range of projects through entitlement from small single-family residential developments to large industrial parks totaling 2.4 million sf of warehouse space and is relied on to provide leadership to staff regarding constructability.
Dan holds a degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.
