Derek Donnelly has been practicing structural engineering for more than 24 years, building expertise in structural building design and project management. His portfolio of work includes educational facilities, office buildings, apartment buildings, retail, hotels, churches, warehouses, manufacturing/industrial facilities, municipal buildings, single and multi-family residential buildings, wastewater treatment plants, renovation projects, and structural steel connection design. Derek also collaborated with the Warehaus team on many past projects.
A graduate of University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown with a degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Derek consistently demonstrates exceptional leadership and technical skills. Derek is licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Delaware.
