Kathryn Sterner brings over three decades of architectural expertise to her role as an Architectural Project Manager at Warehaus. Her extensive experience spans the entire project lifecycle, from proposal through punch-list, where she brings a comprehensive perspective on addressing both Owners’ needs and Contractors’ processes. Kathryn’s collaborative approach fosters long-standing relationships with clients and contractors, ensuring the delivery of exceptional final products.
Throughout her career, Kathryn has worked on a diverse array of projects, including outpatient medical facilities for Penn State Hershey Medical, business and office buildings for Union Deposit Corporation, and multi-family residential developments for Harristown Development Corp.
A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Architecture, Kathryn is also certified as a Construction Documents Technologist and holds a Health Care Construction Certification from ASHE. Her technical proficiency includes proposal writing, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and administration.
Kathryn is actively involved in the professional community, having served as Past President of the Construction Specifications Institute and as a member of the Army Heritage and Education Center Foundation. She is also the Parliamentarian and Treasurer for the Am Vets Post 274 Ladies Auxiliary.
