Zach brings dedication, curiosity, and hands-on experience to his role as Civil Project Manager at Warehaus. His journey with the firm began as a Civil Engineering co-op while attending York College of Pennsylvania—a role he held for two co-op cycles, before joining full-time after graduation.
Zach’s professional growth has been steady and intentional. Starting as a Civil Designer, he spent nearly two years developing design solutions before advancing to Assistant Project Engineer. Today, he is channeling his passion for coordination and leadership into project management, helping guide civil engineering projects from concept through construction.
A graduate of Leadership York and an Engineer in Training (EIT), Zach is committed to continual learning. While preparing for the Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam, Zach remains focused on turning construction observation experience into practical, constructible designs. With a strong work ethic and a collaborative spirit, Zach is a valued contributor to the Warehaus civil team and a rising leader in the AEC industry.
In his free time, Zach volunteers as a marching band percussion instructor for South Western High School in Hanover, PA, a position he has held for over eight years.
