Warehaus Announces Strategic Leadership Promotions to Strengthen Project Delivery and Client Experience

York, PA – January 12, 2026

Warehaus, a collaborative architecture and engineering firm with a 45-year legacy of service throughout Central Pennsylvania, is pleased to announce a new round of promotions within its architectural and civil engineering teams. These advancements further strengthen the firm’s project delivery structure and complement the recent appointments of Erin Himmelberger, AIA, to Director of Architecture and Dan Creep, to Director of Civil Engineering.

To support this evolution and reinforce Warehaus’ commitment to consistent, high-quality work, the firm has named Craig Campbell as Architectural Project Director, Travis Kepler, AIA as Architectural Process Director, and Joe Stein as Civil Project Director.

Together, these leaders bring more than 85 years of combined industry experience, with deep roots at Warehaus: Craig with 31 years with Warehaus, Travis with 14 years, and Joe with 8 years at the firm. Their longevity and proven leadership reflect Warehaus’ culture of developing and promoting talent from within.

As Architectural Project Director, Craig oversees project and team administration across the architectural department—ensuring that Warehaus’ established processes for project management, communication, coordination, and quality assurance are consistently applied. His leadership strengthens the systems that drive efficiency and support client satisfaction, reinforcing seamless collaboration among internal teams, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

In the role of Architectural Process Director, Travis leads the design and documentation standards that shape every architectural project. Because design excellence and high-quality drawings are critical to smooth project delivery, he will guide efforts to refine documentation practices, elevate design consistency, and ensure the thoughtful integration of materials, codes, building systems, and construction methods. His leadership ensures that the firm’s design process remains strong, repeatable, and aligned with client needs.

As Civil Project Director, Joe leads civil project workflows and client communications, serving as the primary link between the firm’s civil team and the contractors, consultants, and agencies involved in each project. His oversight ensures efficient project execution from proposal through completion, strengthening coordination, scheduling, and team development. Joe will also support business development and strategic planning initiatives alongside the Director of Engineering.

“These roles deepen the structure of our architectural and engineering teams and help ensure that every project benefits from strong leadership, clear communication, and thoughtful processes,” said Warehaus Co-Owner, President, and CEO Troy Bankert, AIA . “Craig, Travis, and Joe are trusted leaders whose experience and dedication elevate the entire team.”
