Warehaus is proud to announce the promotions of two long-tenured leaders whose experience, practice expertise, and commitment to excellence continue to shape the firm’s collaborative culture. Erin Himmelberger, AIA has been promoted to Director of Architecture, and Dan Creep has been promoted to Director of Civil Engineering. With 20 years of service each at Warehaus and nearly five decades of combined industry experience, Erin and Dan are uniquely positioned to guide their disciplines into the firm’s next phase of growth.

Erin Himmelberger brings 29 years of architectural experience and a well-established reputation for leading complex projects, particularly in historic restoration and building envelope repair. Her deep technical knowledge, thoughtful problem-solving, and precision in detailing consistently produce durable, well-crafted solutions for clients. As Director of Architecture, Erin will focus on aligning team processes, elevating technical excellence, and strengthening the collaborative systems that support project delivery across the studio.

Dan Creep brings 20 years of experience at Warehaus to his leadership of the civil engineering discipline. Known for his organized, responsive, and highly coordinated approach to project delivery, Dan has led projects through entitlement ranging from residential developments to industrial parks totaling more than 2 million square feet. As Director of Civil Engineering, he will guide operational efficiency, refine workflows, and continue shaping a practice anchored in clarity, constructability, and strategic planning.

These promotions reflect Warehaus’ long-term commitment to strong, discipline-specific leadership. By positioning Erin and Dan at the helm of their practices, Warehaus further aligns its architectural and civil teams—creating clearer pathways for mentorship, project management, technology integration, and cross-discipline coordination. Their leadership establishes a more efficient structure for growth, ensuring the firm remains agile, client-focused, and prepared to meet increasing demand across markets.

This transition enables Warehaus’ co-owners Troy Bankert and David Koratich to fully embrace their executive leadership roles. Bankert, previously Director of Architecture, serves as President & CEO, while Koratich, formerly Director of Civil Engineering, leads as Chief Operating Officer (COO). While their day-to-day involvement in discipline leadership has shifted, both continue to provide high-level mentorship to the team leaders.
