Warehaus, a collaborative architecture and engineering firm based in York, Pennsylvania, has hired Courtney Weaver as Chief Financial Officer. Weaver joined the firm on March 2, 2026.

As CFO, Weaver will lead Warehaus’ financial strategy and oversee all corporate accounting and reporting functions. She will guide the firm’s budgeting and forecasting processes, strengthen financial reporting systems, and support leadership and project teams with financial insight that helps drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Weaver brings more than a decade of financial leadership experience, including several years supporting regional architecture, engineering, and construction firms. Throughout her career she has focused on improving financial transparency, modernizing reporting processes, and helping operational teams translate financial data into better business decisions.

Her work has included implementing financial forecasting tools, streamlining reporting systems, and building operational dashboards that provide leadership teams with clearer visibility into project performance and company financial health.

Weaver holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
