Mixed-use, multi-family project coming to New Freedom
Located in New Freedom, PA, the Franklin Square Mixed-Use development offers quick access to I-83. Both townhome and apartment residents can enjoy the spacious, wide-open farmland with easy commutes to York, Pennsylvania and Baltimore, Maryland.
Franklin Square was designed in three phases, with townhomes built as part of Phase I, and apartments built as part of Phase II.
We design.
Warehaus partnered with Burkentine Builders on Phase III, to create schematic designs for two 3-story mixed-use buildings at the southwest entrance to the Franklin Square community, along Cambridge Boulevard. The community is a grand total of 154 residential units including townhomes, garden style apartments, in addition to twenty new luxury lofts to be built above the commercial spaces which are adjacent to the Franklin Square 3-story townhome and 1-3 bedrooms apartment community.
We deliver.
Burkentine Station features state of the art amenities including rooftop gardens and a new craft brewery where Franklin Square residents, the community, Rail Trail enthusiasts and tourists to Historic New Freedom will enjoy craft beer and casual dining with both indoor and outdoor options.
