Geotechnical Engineering was employed for structural and stormwater management testing, and a Sketch Plan was formulated to establish the initial site design and lot configuration. Subsequently, the project evolved to include the preparation of an NPDES (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System) Individual Permit Application and Preliminary/ Final Land Development Plan. Additionally, anticipating the need for a Trip Generation Letter, Warehaus conducted a Preliminary Study of specific intersections, engaging a Traffic Subconsultant for this aspect. The comprehensive suite of services extended to cover Construction Administration Services.
