Warehaus' multi-disciplinary team collaborates on design
Mobile Climate Control develops customized HVAC systems for city, school and tour buses. Their newest bus heating and A/C production facility opened in York, Pennsylvania in 2022 – with Warehaus performing the civil, architectural and structural design of the new facility.

We listen.
The new 220,000 sf office/warehouse/fabrication facility houses 20,000 sf of office space, including conference spaces, canteens, and a training room. The warehouse and manufacturing area includes lab space, a machine shop, production lines, and multiple loading docks. The building was also designed for a future expansion of 120,000 sf.
We design.
Structurally, the design incorporates tilt-up concrete bearing/lateral load resisting panels and a steel joist/beam/joist girder roof with interior steel columns. All structures are supported on conventional shallow spread footings.
We deliver.
Warehaus’ Civil Team secured Land Development & General NPDES Permits ahead of schedule, while also provided Bidding, Construction Administration and Post Construction related services. Site amenities included stormwater design for the entire build out, 177 employee parking spaces, 30 loading docks, 4 drive-in tractor trailer doors and site landscaping.
