We listen.

Collaborating with all project partners early and often is the key to keeping large scale projects on track. Warehaus partnered closely with Procter & Gamble to ensure all aspects of the multi-faceted project met client expectations.

We design.

Amenities across all projects include a cafeteria, full-service kitchen, campus server room, showers, office and conference space and a nurse’s suite. Warehaus managed vendor coordination to create the full-service kitchen and also to implement a design incorporating manufacturing equipment from various P&G partners.

LEED Silver certification at Procter & Gamble Tabler Station

We deliver.

The plant is LEED Silver certified and incorporates sustainable design throughout. A main focal wall in the lobby utilizes barn wood salvaged from the original site, and a living wall makes a statement on the exterior of the building.
