At 333 Market Street in the heart of Harrisburg, Warehaus led the renovation design effort focused on safeguarding the building’s critical exterior walkways and stair systems. These access points—spanning the second, third, and fourth floors—play a vital role in the daily function of the property. Over time, weathering and use have led to deterioration in ceilings, flooring finishes, lighting, structure, and drainage. The project’s mission is clear: restore and reinforce these elements while ensuring that the walkways and stairs continue to serve their original purpose for years to come.
