Warehaus partnered with Wagman to transform their new headquarters at 3265 Farmtrail Road in York, PA, into a dynamic workplace for Wagman, Inc., Wagman Heavy Civil, and Wagman Construction. The renovation focused on enhancing functionality, flexibility, and cost-efficiency while creating an environment that reflects Wagman’s culture and expertise. Large open workspaces encourage collaboration and adaptability, while flexible workstation layouts and hoteling spaces support a post-COVID hybrid work model. Amenities such as a centrally located break room with views of the surrounding green space, a gym/wellness area, and informal meeting spaces were incorporated to promote employee well-being and workflow efficiency.
