The facility improvements include several key enhancements. The lobby, cat corridor, and cat condos will undergo updates with improved lighting, new paint, windows, and doors. The addition of a new greeter desk and modular customer service desks will enable staff to have focused conversations with community members. Ceiling panels will be installed to improve sound quality,
and lobby TVs will showcase shelter news, events, and adoptable pets. A medium-sized multi-purpose room can host meet-and-greets with adoptable pets, and also serve as a gathering place for staff, volunteers, and the community. The lobby furniture will
be movable to accommodate larger community events.
