Warehaus’ Civil team played a key role in coordination between subconsultants, two municipalities, the client and the design team. Subconsultants for the project include site survey, utility survey, geotechnical, environmental, and traffic related services. The design team includes Cannon Design, providing architectural and structural engineering services, and WSP, providing MEP engineering. Additionally, Warehaus prepared multiple concept plans and provided the following additional services: Zoning Variances, Land Development, NPDES Permitting, Construction Administration, and Post Construction Services.
