We listen.

The first floor of the building will house a restaurant, establishing a vibrant destination for pre- and post-game activities. The second floor will be dedicated to office spaces, attracting local businesses and fostering year-round foot traffic. The project also integrates with Brooks Robinson Plaza leading to the ballpark.

We design.

Funded in part by a $4 million RACP grant, Ballpark Commons is expected to generate $9 million in total investment, contributing significantly to downtown York’s development. This investment supports upgrades to WellSpan Park, such as a new videoboard and playing surface, further elevating the venue’s appeal.

We deliver.

Construction is scheduled to begin in 2025, with the project positioned to become a model for future downtown redevelopment efforts. Situated within a historical review zone, the design will balance modern needs with architectural preservation, ensuring the new space aligns with the community’s heritage.
