The site at 2905 East Prospect Road in Windsor Township, at the intersection of two heavily traveled roads, previously housed a gas station and car wash.
We design.
The project posed a challenge, due to both the former use of the site and its small size. Warehaus’ team created a solution to situate the store in a favorable orientation while lessening the impact on the surrounding neighborhood and adjacent busy roadways.
We deliver.
Warehaus provided zoning, land development planning, erosion control design, and construction administration for the site. This location opened in December 2021.
