Multi-family luxury apartments in Camp Hill, PA

Along the Carlisle Pike in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, developer Hampden TA, LLC (Integrated Development Partners and Inch&Co Construction) is collaborating with Warehaus to bring luxury multi-family apartments to Hampden Township.

We listen.

Warehaus worked with Hampden TA, LLC to develop designs for The Flats at Hampden, two connected and one separate apartment buildings and one separate retail/ office building. In total, 120 apartments are planned.

We design.

The first building will have five stories and 62,676 sf of space and 15 one-bedroom apartments, 20 two-bedroom apartments and four three-bedroom apartments. It is connected to a four-story building with 68,050 sf of space and 15 one-bedroom apartments and 33 two-bedroom apartments. The connected building will also have a community space, conference/work space, fitness center and bike storage. The second stand-alone apartment building will have three stories and 45,783 sf of space and nine one-bedroom apartments and 24 two-bedroom apartments. Both apartment complexes will have parking on the lowest level.

We deliver.

A third building, with 4,500 sf of commercial space, is also planned, with a tenant to be named at a later date. Construction begins in Summer 2021.
