In 2011, Warehaus successfully completed the design of Phase I of the Northside Commons project at York College, addressing the growing demand for student housing driven by increased enrollment. Strategically located to ensure seamless connectivity to the main campus, the five-story, 80,000 sf facility provides housing for 200 students and features common areas, lounge spaces, special instructional spaces, and a demonstration kitchen. The site plan also thoughtfully incorporated convenient access to parking, the regional greenway, and a network of footpaths linking the dormitory to the campus and surrounding community amenities.
