We listen.

The 210 York Street project includes both residential and commercial office spaces within the four stories of the building. The first and second floors contain fit-out spaces for three companies including United Fiber & Data (UFD), Think Loud Development (TLD), and Idea Tree. The third and fourth floors contain residential spaces and are intended for the rock band Live. These spaces include apartments, lounges, a studio, and support spaces.

We design.

Both the UFD and TLD fit-out spaces have been designed to showcase the inherently industrial nature of the Bi-Comp building. In an effort to preserve the historic fabric of the building, existing brick walls, wood floors, structural components, and ceilings have been purposefully left exposed. By creating spaces that also accent a modern design concept, an interesting juxtaposition occurs between the historic and modern elements of the building.
