The aggressive timeline was the project’s greatest challenge. Portions of the construction occurred while school was in session, with all work needing to be complete before the start of the 2025–2026 school year. Warehaus designed a flexible layout that streamlined plumbing and utilities, thoughtfully integrated exposed HVAC systems, and used a mix of old and new finishes to balance cost, efficiency, and character. Legacy Hall’s proximity to the Warehaus office allowed for frequent, on-site collaboration with Wagman and city officials, enabling rapid decision-making and seamless communication throughout the process.
